The bioavailability of those products is limited by their solvation rate.Example: glibenclamide, bicalutamide, ezetimibe, aceclofenac.Class II - high permeability, low solubility.Those compounds are well absorbed and their absorption rate is usually higher than excretion.Class I - high permeability, high solubility.
